Holiday Park Way-finding Signage Master Plan - West Des Moines, IA

The Holiday Park Way-finding Signage Master Plan identifies a comprehensive and cohesive family of way-finding signage for West Des Moines' oldest baseball complex. JBC outlined a strategy for implementing signage to serve residents and visitors who are walking, biking, and driving to Holiday Park.

Project objectives include:

  • Establish a high quality park identity and design capturing existing park character with material and color choices in a coherent and attractive manner.

  • Consider graphic standards focused on local identity and aesthetic.

  • Recommend signage locations to best meet visitor and user needs.

  • Provide an estimate of probable cost for the signage elements.

This family of signage aligns with existing signage found in the project location. The designs take cues from simple, geometric forms with consistent textures throughout, offering clarity with a slight sense of elegance.
