Liberty Lake Master Plan - Mount Ayr, Iowa

Comprehensive on-site analysis led to a complete master plan of this 40-acre park, incorporating the following improvements:

• Additional cabins and campsites

• New lodge and shower house

• Trail and pathway connections

• Robust natural plantings to enhance the park environment

JBC successfully brought together diverse ideas in this phased master plan, laying out a framework for future expansion as funding becomes available. Three-dimensional renderings completed as part of the project help communicate future plans with the public.
